Q. What is Rapleaf?
A. Rapleaf's goal is to make it more profitable to be ethical. Rpaleaf is the only email-based reputation lookup on the web. We encourage you to lookup people's Rapleaf reputation before transacting, hiring, or even interacting with them.

Buyers sellers, and swappers can also rate one another & thereby encourage more trust and honesty. Friends may also endorse their friends.

By creating an account, you can establish a reputation for yourself. You can use your ratings and your Rapleaf score to prove your trustworthiness wherever you go.

Q. How much does Rapleaf cost?
A. Zero. There are no costs with using Rapleaf. It is 100% free.

Q. Is Rapleaf available to use in any country?
A. Yup. As long as you have a valid email address.

However, the content on the site is only available in English. Please check back us in the coming months to see what additional languages we've added.

Q. How can I add more than one email address to my account (so other people can search for me)?
A. It is a very good idea to add as many email addresses as possible. This will allow people to search your reputation much easier.

To add an email address, please follow these directions:

1.) Sign-in: http://www.rapleaf.com/user_action

2.) When reverted back to the home page, click on "My Emails" under the "Manage" heading (or go here: http://www.rapleaf.com/PersonalInfo/manage_email)

3.) Insert either your email and click "Add."

Q. How do I post my Rapleaf reputation on a site (classified, social networking, commerce, personal, etc.)?
A. To promote your Rapleaf reputation on any site, please follow these directions:

1.) First sign-in: http://www.rapleaf.com/user_action

2.) When reverted back to the home page, click on "Profile Badge" under the "Promote Your Reputation" heading (or go here: http://www.rapleaf.com/PersonalInfo/profile_badge)

3.) There, you should see your Rapleaf badge along with an HTML code in a green box. Copy and paste that HTML code to the site that you wish to promote your Rapleaf reputation.

If posted correctly, you should see the Rapleaf badge displaying your commerce score, personal score, and percent positive.

Q. When I register for a Rapleaf account, it says that the email address already exists?
A. Please make sure you did not sign up in the past. To check if you did, you can go to the following link to recover your password (if you created one): http://www.rapleaf.com/user_action/ForgotPassword

Q. How do I turn off/on receiving emails from Rapleaf?
A. To turn on/off receiving emails from Rapleaf:

1.) First sign-up/in: http://www.rapleaf.com/user_action

2.) When reverted back to the home page, click on "My Emails" under the "Manage" heading (or go here: http://www.rapleaf.com/PersonalInfo/manage_email)

3.) Next select either "Change Email Notices" or "Change Newsletter Settings" to stop/start receiving emails from Rapleaf.

Once you reach this page, please enter your email address or username and we'll send you an email to update your password.

Q. How do I change my username, name, or password?
A. To change either your username, name, or password:

1.) First sign-in: http://www.rapleaf.com/user_action

2.) Then go to "My Username" or "My Password" on the right-hand side of the homepage, under "Manage."

3.) Then submit your new username, name or password.
