OUR MISSION is to make it incredibly easy for marketers to access the data they need to personalize content for their customers.
We’re consumers too, and we love it when marketing messages are relevant to us.
So, we fuel marketing automation tools with the necessary data to help brands keep their customers happy and engaged.
Meet our Management Team

CEO
Phil leads Rapleaf, headfirst. As a former rugby player, leading headfirst is in his nature. You’ll find Phil speaking about big data at conferences across the country, helping clients identify better ways to engage their customers, and coaching new team members at our headquarters in Chicago. While he may technically be the oldest person at Rapleaf, you wouldn’t know it by his energy level. Phil brings his tenacious entrepreneurial nature into everything he does. We’re not so sure that he ever sleeps, but he manages to be the most charged guy in the room, day in and day out.
As a data industry veteran, Phil has been in the big data game since big data was only a wee sapling. Prior to Rapleaf, Phil was the President of ConsumerBase where he ran their data division and digital agency. Prior to ConsumerBase, Phil was the SVP / HD of the newly formed online division of Equifax. Before Equifax, Phil was part of the management team that took Daleen Technologies public.
Phil holds his BS from Vanderbilt University. He resides in the Chicago area with his high school sweetheart and their two daughters.

VP of Engineering
Eddie is the lead architect of the magicians better known as the Rapleaf engineering team. You won’t find Eddie teaching at Hogwarts, but you will find that he has a striking resemblance to our favorite unsung Harry Potter protagonist, Hagrid.
Prior to Rapleaf, Eddie was a full stack Engineer at LiveRamp since the company's inception, helping build the front and back end which has led LiveRamp to its current status as the number one data onlining service provider.
Although he’s part of the east coast transplant contingency at Rapleaf, for some reason he prefers sushi to pizza. We let that slide though, because not only can he wrap up a mean tekka roll, he can also solve a Rubik’s cube in about a minute.
Eddie holds his BSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Chairman
Auren is a guy who needs little introduction. While he may be a formidable Settlers of Catan player, he’s better known as the CEO of LiveRamp and prominent Silicon Valley Angel Investor. Auren is also a non-employee Co-Founder of BrightRoll and Retargeter. Auren founded and sold 3 internet companies before the age of 30 - Kyber Systems (sold in 1997) as well as BridgePath and GetRelevant (both sold in 2002). He writes a blog called Summation.
Auren holds his BSE from UC Berkeley. He currently resides in San Francisco with his lovely wife and their daughter.
